We’ll take a walk through your space together, learning what you love most about your home and finding its unique highlights to show off in your listing. Your home will not be in showcase condition at this time, but I will provide you with ways to get it there quickly!

Once I have carefully gone through your home, I will take a look at your local housing market to give you an informed pricing options.  It’s always up to you to decide when and at what price to list your home. I am here to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Once the important decisions are made, I take over and you sit back! I handle marketing, listing, showings, open houses, and so much more to ensure your home gets in front of the right buyers!
